The signal strength has now miraculously been restored but the throughput is all over the map. It can vary from 300 mbps to 3 mbps and vice versa in minutes. Sometimes a reboot helps but it doesn’t always last.It is 100% useless, and speaking with customer support about it leads precisely nowhere. Logging in on iPhone gives me a login boot-loop in the form of —alternating between a pretty, magenta-colored spinning wheel and “Processing”— endlessly. Nothing happens. They don't understand I want to do my self. They never want to fix the problem. All they want is for me to have them sign me up. Very frustrating!!! .
